The end of Q1, 2013 brings its own form of D-Day for the investment funds industry: Data Day. For it is on this date that International Financial Reporting Standards 13 Fair Value Measurement (IFRS 13) becomes effective. The aim of IFRS 13 is to introduce a consistent global definition of fair value, along with enhanced disclosures for how fair value is measured.
Please join us on Thursday, February 28th at 10:00am EST for an insightful web seminar at which experts from Ernst & Young and Thomson Reuters will discuss the impacts of IFRS on Fund Managers and Administrators’ operations and infrastructure. We’ll also explore alignment with the Fair Value Hierarchy when investing in illiquid assets and complex instruments.
Attend this web seminar to learn about:
- IFRS 13 reporting requirements
- Role of evaluated pricing
- The auditor’s perspective
- Potential impact of being out of compliance
This is a must-attend event for Fund Managers and Fund Administrators and firms investing in illiquid assets and complex instruments.
