Smarsh is headquartered in beautiful Portland, Ore., with offices worldwide.”Smarsh, which Marsh founded in 2001, has earned its reputation as a cloud-based archiving and compliance solution for electronic communications by helping firms of all sizes keep up with regulatory mandates from the SEC, the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, the CFTC, and other governing bodies around the world.Marsh himself is frequently featured in financial and technology publications and speaks regularly at industry conferences. He also serves as a mentor to technology entrepreneurs and is a member of the board for the Technology Association of Oregon.
