How to Enter

Submissions for nominations are open to relevant industry professionals from financial technology and services providers, consulting firms, industry utilities, industry bodies, regulators, exchanges, and financial services institutions such as investment banks, broker/dealers, custodians, buy-side and sell-side firms. Any company or individual can be considered for the short list of nominees by submitting an application that conforms to the following instructions:

The Submission Process

Please explain why your submission should be considered by the FTF Awards editorial team for nomination. This should include specific achievements (such as significant client wins, successful implementations, substantial revenue growth, etc.) and innovations (such as new product offerings, significant product upgrades, etc.) that occurred during the 2025 calendar year.  Please keep submissions relevant to the specific category.  Remember, we are recognizing excellence as it relates to operations and technology.  The more detailed and original the entry the better, but no more than 300 words.

Submissions should not be a cut and paste of company boiler plates, nor should an entry consist of only a company/product name. These types of submissions will be disqualified.

For multiple submissions in multiple categories, each entry must be tailored separately for each specific award. Repetitive entries will be rejected.

Companies, financial services firms and individuals may submit on behalf of themselves. We encourage additional submissions by clients and, if possible, industry peers.

It is not necessary to enter a submission for every category. The submission process will close March 6, 2025. The list of nominees will be selected from the submissions by the FTF News editorial board.

Only submissions from business e-mail addresses will be considered. Submissions from personal e-mail addresses will not be eligible.

Either action will be cause to eliminate your nominations. As a reminder, you do not have to make a nomination in each category to participate.
