The firm has implemented an expense allocation infrastructure system from a company that is part of IVP.
Silverview Credit Partners, a private debt and credit firm, intends to modernize its expense allocation infrastructure by implementing a system from IntegriDATA, an Indus Valley Partners (IVP) company, according to officials. IVP is a provider of software and technology solutions for alternative asset managers.
Silverview says it wants to deploy the Expense Allocation System (EAS) from IntegriDATA to replace “manual, spreadsheet-driven reconciliation processes with an automated framework that streamlines complex expense allocations, enhances auditability, and provides greater visibility across financial workflows.”
The EAS implementation replaces Silverview’s “manual, spreadsheet-driven reconciliation processes” with an automated framework designed to streamline complex expense allocations across the firm’s fund structures, officials say. “The IntegriDATA serves as the central allocation engine between Silverview’s internal accounting environment in MS Dynamics NAV and external service provider Alter Domus.”
The platform automates allocation methodologies and approval workflows to “ensure expenses are distributed across funds and entities with greater precision while establishing a comprehensive audit trail for governance and compliance purposes,” officials say. “The deployment also reduces the need for manual cross-referencing between internal and external systems.”
“EAS has introduced meaningful structure and flexibility into our expense allocation and wire processing workflows,” says Garrett Yuan, managing director, chief operating officer (COO), and chief compliance officer (CCO) at Silverview Credit Partners, in a prepared statement. “The platform helps address allocation complexities and processing requirements, while offering practical workarounds for more specialized scenarios. Overall, this has resulted in enhanced efficiency, improved organization, and better utilization of team resources.”
The implementation also creates “a definitive approval history and system-generated audit trail for every allocation,” officials say. “The platform was designed to support long-term governance, interoperability, and operational scalability across the broader fund administration ecosystem.”
