The offering to come will use foundational evaluated price and reference data from ICE Data Services.
Services provider Trading Technologies International (TT) will use the foundational evaluated prices and reference data from ICE Data Services as part of a new buy-side fixed-income execution management system (EMS) that TT will debut later this year, officials say.
TT’s intention with the forthcoming EMS is to offer execution services for fixed income, futures, and FX transactions on a single screen.
TT recently signed an agreement to use the data offerings of ICE Data Services, part of the Intercontinental Exchange (ICE). “Additionally, TT will offer ICE’s Continuously Evaluated Price (CEP) market data feed to TT clients,” officials say.
The new EMS “will reside natively within the TT multi-asset platform and initially focus on USD Rates and Credit products. This integration allows clients to leverage the same familiar trading widgets and post-trade services they already use for futures, options, and FX,” officials note.
“Our fixed income evaluations and reference data on over three million instruments are used throughout the trade lifecycle and may become a valuable resource for users of the new platform,” says Mark Heckert, chief operating officer (COO), data services, at ICE, in a prepared statement.
TT offers platform services for end-to-end trading operations of Tier 1 banks, brokerages, money managers, hedge funds, proprietary traders, commodity trading advisors (CTAs), commercial hedgers, and risk managers, officials say.
ICE encompasses futures, equity, and options exchanges such as the New York Stock Exchange and clearing houses. ICE also runs venues to trade and clear energy and environmental products, officials say.
