FTF News got the rare opportunity to sit down with Robert A. Santella, CEO of BetaNXT, and Steve Shillingford, founder and CEO of DeepSee.ai, to discuss their collaboration and the growing role of AI in wealth management. Both executives were attending the June gala event for the FTF News Technology Innovation Awards.
BetaNXT and DeepSee.ai have been focusing their efforts on how artificial intelligence (A.I.) technologies could help wealth management firms retain clients and advisors. The result became the launch of RetainX, “an AI-driven retention intelligence solution,” intended to help BetaNXT offer predictive analytics and actionable insights to its clients.
“So, what can our customers expect from the solution? First, they can expect something that nobody else has in the marketplace right now,” says Santella, who was named Fintech Business Leader of the Year via the FTF Awards.
“In the highly competitive space that is wealth management, I think this is really something that all wealth management firms should really want to take advantage of,” Shillingford says.
