Lisa Iagatta, ISITC Chair

Lisa Iagatta, Chair of ISITC, is responsible for the strategic direction and growth of the independent non-profit financial services organization in North America. Comprising investment managers, custodians, broker/dealers, and vendors/utilities, ISITC provides opportunities for financial services operations professionals to collaborate on pressing topics. Ms. Iagatta sets the course for the organization by cultivating partnerships with other industry organizations, strategizing on ISITC’s events, and identifying key initiatives where ISITC can lend its subject matter expertise in developing industry standards. Ms. Iagatta also holds the title of Director of Account Management for Investment Services at Fiserv, and is responsible for North American client relationships for Fiserv TradeFlow™ and MessageBroker™ solutions. As a member of the investment community since 1991, she has deep experience in front, back and middle office operations. She went on to successfully complete the Securities Industry Institute (SII) program at The Wharton School through SIFMA in March 2014. Ms. Iagatta received her undergraduate degree from the University of New Hampshire. Eric Smith, Manager of Data Management, DoubleLine Group

Eric Smith is the Manager of Data Management at DoubleLine Group LP. At DoubleLine, Eric and his team are responsible for security reference data, establishing and building out the data management function and data governance fundamentals. Since joining the industry in 2001, Eric has been responsible for a number of functions within Investment Operations, with most of his time spent as a leader in Data Management, Data Governance, and Pricing and Valuations. Prior to joining DoubleLine Group LP, Eric was the Director, Data Management and Valuations at Athene Asset Management LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Apollo Global Management. Eric was also the Director, Enterprise Data Management at ProShares|ProFunds, a leader in ETF strategies and Funds. Eric was the Manager, Operations and Data Management for Harris Associates LP, home of the Oakmark family of mutual funds. Eric was also the VP, Valuations and Data Integrity at Guggenheim Investments (formerly Guggenheim Partners Asset Management). Eric is excited to rejoin the Advisory Board of FTF SecOps for the 2019 year. He has enjoyed being a speaker at a number of industry conferences and is looking forward to SecOps 2019.

KURT HAGERMAN CPA, CCO & COO, SENIOR PARTNER, COMPLIANCE AND OPERATIONS, CELERNUS INVESTMENT PARTNERS

Kurt is the CCO & COO with Celernus Investment Partners.  Previously, he was a Vice President and Head of Operations at State Street, the COO & CFO of Red Jacket Asset Management, and a Director at Castle Hall Alternatives.  Kurt’s industry experience was built from a 15 year career at Citco Fund Services, in roles that included Managing Director at Citco Toronto, Managing Director of Citco Bahamas and Operations Manager in their Cayman Islands office.  Prior to joining Citco Toronto as Manager in 1996, Kurt worked at Monsanto after becoming a Chartered Accountant with Ernst & Young in Canada.

Eugene Grygo, Chief Content Officer, Financial Technologies Forum

Eugene Grygo the chief content officer of FTF News, is a business and technology journalist with 31 years of experience. Most recently, he managed a Dow Jones website for breaking news about investment banking, the private equity sector, asset managers, the pension fund industry, structured products and trading technology. Grygo has been covering Wall Street since 1997.He helped launch SCREEN Markets in 2007 and served as editor of SCREEN Magazine. The groundbreaking publication focused on the major market data and financial technology management issues that challenge global institutions. He was also the founding editor of Trading Technology Week, a global newsletter of exclusive news about the IT systems sell-side firms implemented for mission critical transactions.As for accolades, he won the 2000 Gold Award from the American Society of Business Publication Editors for a feature story on an IT project at the US Mint. In addition, editors at Incisive Media and InfoWorld spotlighted his achievements via internal awards. He is an alumnus of The Pennsylvania State University where he earned degrees in journalism and history. He is also an award-winning playwright.
