Cancellation policy: We understand that sometimes circumstances change, and you may need to cancel your registration for our event. Cancellation Deadline: To cancel an event registration, you must send written notice via email to service@ftfnews.com by Feb. 26, 2025. Your email must include the attendee's full name, email address, as well as the name of the event. Substitution Policy: If you are unable to attend the event, a substitute delegate from the same company is welcome and can be processed at no extra charge. Substitutions must be requested in writing via email to service@ftfnews.com within one business day and include the substitute's name, title, and email address.

Refund policy: Refunds are issued as follows: Cancellations 30+ days prior to the event date qualify for a full refund less a $150 administrative fee or a credit for the full amount to be used for a future FTF event. Cancellations within 15-29 days prior to the event date qualify for a 50% refund less a $150 administrative fee or a credit for the full amount to be used towards a future FTF event. Cancellations made within 14 days of the event date will receive a credit to attend a future FTF event. No-Show Policy: Please note that failure to attend the scheduled event without submitting an appropriate cancellation or substitution request will result in the forfeiture of any credits. All credits must be used within 12 months of the issue date.  All refunds will be processed in the same manner as the original payment method. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be processed.
