ICAP Merges EBS and BrokerTec Businesses

ICAP, an interdealer broker and provider of post-trade services, will be combining EBS, its FX electronic trading platform, with BrokerTec, its fixed income platform, officials say. EBS Hires New Head of Sales for Asia
