Eric Babaev is the North American Head of Fail Control, Buy Ins, and Securities Lending Settlements at UBS Investment Bank. He holds a Master of Business Administration degree from London Business School and a Bachelor of Science degree from Boston College. Eric began his career at UBS in the summer of 2008, so improving risk management and strengthening internal and external reconciliations to keep up with the ever changing landscape of the financial industry as well as the numerous regulations since the collapse of Lehman Brothers have been the primary focus of his job over the past seven years.
