The partnership will focus on delivering agentic A.I. workflows to financial institutions.
TS Imagine, a provider of trading, portfolio, and risk management solutions for capital markets, has launched a strategic development partnership with Gentek.ai, a horizontal artificial intelligence (A.I.) platform with domain experience in financial services, officials say.
Officials add that the partnership is intended to co-develop A.I.-based modules designed to cut complexity, improve performance, and “set a new standard for data-driven capital markets technology.”
The duo will develop modules for:
- Trading and Execution: “to enhance market connectivity, client and regulatory reporting, price discovery, and order routing with predictive intelligence;
- Risk Management: “to deliver real-time, A.I.-powered risk monitoring, stress testing, and margin optimization;”
- Financing and Prime Services: “to streamline lifecycle management and regulatory reporting within financing and collateral workflows;” and
- Wealth Management: “to provide next-generation portfolio insights, client personalization, and A.I.-enabled reporting.
The collaboration is intended to “accelerate the adoption of A.I. in capital markets by embedding Gentek.ai’s horizontal AI infrastructure directly into TS Imagine’s front-to-back platform, which is used by over 500 global financial institutions,” officials say.
The goal is for users to “benefit from faster, more tightly integrated workflows, reporting, and data products. The integration will enhance decision-making, automate manual processes, and provide richer insights through advanced analytics and reporting,” officials say.
Gentek.ai is an A.I.-native enterprise platform built to automate complex business processes through agent-driven workflows for capital markets, across trading, risk, compliance, and client engagement operations, officials say. The enterprise-grade agentic infrastructure unites large and small language models, machine learning, and natural language processing (NLP).
TS Imagine was formed after the merger of TradingScreen and Imagine Software in 2021.
