Wolters Kluwer Legal & Regulatory Solutions has appointed Antonin Faury as vice president of business development and M&A, officials say.
In his new position, Faury will support WK’s “strategy in serving legal and compliance professionals and lead the division’s portfolio management activities globally,” the statement says.
Faury joins Wolters Kluwer from Henry Schein, where he was director of corporate business development. He has previously held leadership positions at CA Technologies, Lehman Brothers and Deloitte, among other firms, officials add.
Faury has “extensive experience in global business development, finance, execution, and operations integration,” says Stacey Caywood, CEO of Wolters Kluwer Legal & Regulatory Solutions, in a statement.
Another division, Wolters Kluwer Financial Services (WKFS), announced that former federal regulator Sandra Braunstein will join the vendor and provide compliance management and Community Reinvestment Act consulting for WK’s U.S. banking clients, officials say. Braunstein, who resigned from her role as director of the Federal Reserve Board’s Division of Consumer and Community Affairs last year, will also be “collaborating with and advising the Wolters Kluwer Financial Services executive team on a range of strategic initiatives,” according to a company statement.
Braunstein’s “perspectives will provides us with valuable insight into regulatory expectations as we continue to navigate the growing complexities of the broad field of compliance, and address and meet the needs of our customers,” says Timothy Burniston executive vice president of Wolters Kluwer Financial Services’ Consulting Practice in the U.S., in a prepared statement.
