Financial software vendor Charles River has expanded its Investment Book of Record (IBOR) offering by integrating Interactive Data’s Corporate Actions Service into its Investment Management Solution (IMS), according to a company statement
Charles River clients will now have intraday access to Interactive Data’s mandatory and voluntary corporate actions, dividends and capital events information, Charles River officials say.
Charles River officials add that the IBOR offering integrates real-time positions, corporate actions and reconciliation with back-office systems, fund administration and custodians.
Corporate actions data is fed into the IBOR, processed to adjust positions in real time and can then be utilized by the IMS and other downstream systems.
Interactive Data is a market data and solutions provider that tracks multiple types of financial services industry information.
