Governance, risk management and compliance vendor Compliance Science has added a new chief revenue officer (CRO) and moved to a bigger office, following “the rapid expansion of Compliance Science’s market share … resulting from insider trading concerns continuing to proliferate” across the industry, a spokesperson says in an email.
In his new role as CRO Jeff Lubitz will be responsible for leading the sales team to drive revenue generation and increase market share. He will be based in the firms New York office, which recently moved to 875 Avenue of the Americas from its previous location on Park Avenue South. Lubitz joins as a member of the senior management team and will report to Mitchel Kraskin, Compliance Science’s CEO.
Lubitz has more than 20 years of experience in sales and worked at GMI Ratings, where he was an executive vice president of sales, prior to joining Compliance Science, officials say.
“As we are seeing an increasing need for code of ethics and risk management solutions across both traditional and new client bases, we are focused on continuing to expand our sales operations to meet this demand,” says Kraskin, in a prepared statement. “Jeffrey’s strong experience and proven track record of success leading sales campaigns to both financial and professional services firms will be crucial to our ongoing efforts in growing our business.”
