FinTech vendor SimCorp has appointed Victoria Turk as head of human resources for SimCorp North America, officials say.
In her new role, Turk will spearhead “all aspects of HR processes for SimCorp,” according to a company statement, including partnering with the business, mobility, organizational design, sourcing, recruitment, performance management, compensation and benefits.
“Victoria brings a wealth of experience in financial technology and a rich professional background in human resources to SimCorp North America and I am delighted to welcome her aboard,” says James Corrigan, managing director for SimCorp North America. “I am confident that her keen focus on world class talent acquisition will prove valuable as we continue to grow the North American business.”
Turk has roughly 10 years of experience in the financial services industry and joins SimCorp from Bloomberg, where she was the human resources business partner overseeing more than 500 people in the research and development software infrastructure group for the chief technology officer (CTO).
