By embedding Xceptor, Ultumus has reduced the time required for its fund accountants to process data, officials say.
Ultimus Fund Solutions and Xceptor, maker of data automation platforms for financial markets, have expanded their six-year partnership to help Ultimus’ clients streamline operations and reduce risk, officials say. Ultimus offers fund administration, accounting, and investor solutions.
The expanded partnership encompasses “global verticals and business lines” that use the data automation and reconciliation of Ultimus’ service model, officials say. “The partnership allows Ultimus and its clients to benefit from faster processing times, enhanced data accuracy, and customized reporting.”
The Xceptor data automation platform/artificial intelligence (A.I.) framework is embedded into the uSUITE from Ultimus, officials say. Xceptor also helps Ultimus to “ingest, aggregate, and digitize data for downstream use.”
With Xceptor, Ultimus can monitor inbound data such as trading activity and ingest data from all sources and integrate it within any workflow, officials add. “Users are then able to check for and manage nominal data exceptions in their application, saving time for mission-critical tasks.”
“Xceptor’s automation capabilities have drastically reduced the time required for our fund accountants to process data, transforming tasks that previously took hours into seconds,” says Jason Stevens, executive vice president, chief technology officer (CTO) at Ultimus, in a prepared statement. “Xceptor has also minimized operational risks, eliminated manual errors, and reduced the need for human intervention in routine tasks.”
“For over six years, Xceptor has proudly supported the growth of Ultimus’ dynamic business requirements, minimizing errors while increasing operational efficiency,” says Grant Coombe, chief revenue officer at Xceptor, in a prepared statement. Xceptor also assists with data aggregation and transformation, which helps Ultimus to create customized solutions for its clients.
