The Beeks Sovereign AI system works with an institution’s incumbent infrastructure and is controlled by it.
Officials at Beeks Financial Cloud Group report that the cloud computing and connectivity provider has made a strategic investment and partnership with OmniPh, to launch Beeks Sovereign AI — an institutional-grade agentic artificial intelligence (A.I.) solution that “runs entirely on infrastructure owned and controlled by the client institution.”
“The partnership brings together OmniPhi’s proprietary agentic harness, the intelligence layer that orchestrates A.I. agents across research, strategy, risk, and execution workflows, and GPU-enabled Beeks Proximity Cloud infrastructure, deployed in colocation or directly on a customer’s own site,” according to the announcement. “The combined solution gives financial institutions access to the full capability of leading agentic AI platforms without routing data through third-party public cloud infrastructure, eliminating the data sovereignty and regulatory compliance barriers that have prevented most regulated firms from deploying A.I. at scale.”
Financial institutions resist AI “not because they don’t want to participate, but because public AI platforms simply do not meet their data sovereignty and regulatory requirements,” says Gordon McArthur, CEO, Beeks Group, in a prepared statement. “Beeks Sovereign AI changes that entirely. For the first time, institutions can deploy institutional-grade agentic AI on infrastructure they own and control, managed end to end, without any compromise on compliance or performance.”
Beeks Sovereign AI will be available for deployment in colocation or on-premise across all asset classes and institution types, officials say.
Based in Glasgow, Scotland, Beeks Group plc is listed on the Alternative Investment Market (AIM), a sub-market of the London Stock Exchange (LSE). The company’s focus is financial markets, and it delivers proximity cloud, analytics, and exchange cloud solutions to banks, brokers, trading firms, and exchanges globally, officials say.
OmniPhi created the Agentic Integrated Trading Environment (AITE) for capital markets. At its core is Phi, “an agentic harness that coordinates teams of specialized AI agents across the whole trading workflow,” officials say. OmniPhi is based in Vancouver, Canada.
