Stephanie Brown, a vice president, business analyst at the Glenmede Trust Co., and part of the platform solutions team, says that firms need to make certain that people become “a big part of the conversation” before a firm implements changes such as those that impact content for client reporting.
Brown moderated the panel discussion “Reporting that Engages Clients,” part of FTF’s PMCR conference, which took place Feb. 24-26 in New York City.
