Lea Augustine, director at Cohen & Steers, shares a different way to think about putting AI to work across performance, client reporting, and client services. Rather than starting with the technology and hunting for places to apply it, she suggests starting with the person. This means looking at where you spend time on repetitive tasks that don’t need your expertise, like copy-and-paste work and email management, so AI can free you up for client reporting, data governance, and serving clients better.
Lea moderated the panel “AI Implementation Showcase: What’s Actually Working?” at FTF’s PMCR conference in New York.
